Levenhuk Skyline Travel Sun 70 Telescope is a high-aperture refractor with a 70mm aperture. This portable optical tool features a lightweight and shortened tube. It is perfect for observing the planets of the Solar system and the Moon. On a clear night with low light pollution, you will be able to observe many of the Messier objects, dim stars of up to 11.5 magnitude, large globular and open clusters, and double stars (ex.: Mizar, Albireo).

You can also observe the Sun. The solar filter will be useful for observing sunspots on a fine day. You must be very careful when observing solar activity. Always make sure a solar filter is securely attached to the telescope tube. The filter must completely cover the aperture. When observing the Sun, cover the finder scope with a protective cap or remove the finder scope to prevent accidental damage to your eyes.
